HMM 1.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular version among HMM users is 1.0.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The software lies within Multimedia Tools, more precisely Codecs. This free software is an intellectual property of CS.
From the developer:
This toolbox supports inference and learning for HMMs with discrete outputs (dhmm's), Gaussian outputs (ghmm's), or mixtures of Gaussians output (mhmm's). The Gaussians can be full, diagonal, or spherical (isotropic). It also supports discrete inputs, as in a POMDP. The inference routines support filtering, smoothing, and fixed-lag smoothing.
You may want to check out more software, such as Helium Music Manager, which might be similar to HMM.
