This free program was originally produced by Industrial Control Communciations. This free PC software was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and can function on 32-bit systems. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The following versions: 1.4 and 1.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. Commonly, this program's installer has the following filenames: ICC Modbus Master Tool.exe and _6196815EFC888B0F4EB606.exe etc.

ICC Modbus Master Tool lets you connect to a Modbus RTU or Modbus/TCP slave device in order to upload, download, verify, or log register values on the device. Register sets for a device are defined by user-created XML files which contain pairs of holding registers and values. These files are added to the software using the XML Manager utility which is built into the ICC Modbus Master Tool.
