From the developer:
ImageSkill Translucator is a Photoshop-compatible plug-in for Windows designed to work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel (Jasc) Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Digital Image Suite etc. The program extracts translucent objects like glass, smoke, fog, fur etc. from photos.
It unmixs object's and background's colors in the processed areas, so you can then place result on other background properly.
You may want to check out more software, such as ImageSkill Background Remover, ImageSkill TileBuilder or ImageSkill Magic Enhancer Lite, which might be similar to ImageSkill Translucator.
