JRuler 3.1 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. This free software is an intellectual property of Spadix Software.
The most popular version among JRuler users is 3.1. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software. The default filenames for the program's installer are JRuler.exe, JRuler1_4.exe or JRulerPro.exe etc.

This Screen Ruler is a great tool that allows you to accurately measure anything on your screen. This is especially useful when measuring graphics, web page browser sizes or whatever. Screen Ruler can display Pixels, Inches, Picas or Centimeters. When launched, Screen Ruler will appear horizontal showing approximately 400 Pixels in length.
