I'm a big fan of Microsoft Lync 2010 Attendant. It's an incredibly useful tool for managing multiple conversations and routing calls and messages. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and I like that I can check contact history and attached notes. The conference organization feature is also great - it makes setting up meetings a breeze. Highly recommended!
