Download of MobiFX 1.3 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. This tool was originally designed by Mike Bradley.

MobiFX makes it easy to grab your photos or images from your screen and turn them into logos for your mobile phone, or to install polyphonic ringtones.
Connect your phone to your PC and MobiFX will automatically access its online phone database and figure out what logos you can make: operator logos, wallpapers, startup logos to name a few!
