There was a download of Moraff's SphereJongg 10.1 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This PC program works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11.
The tool is sometimes distributed under different names, such as "Moraffs SphereJongg". Commonly, this program's installer has the following filenames: jongg.exe and SpheJong.exe etc. The program lies within Games, more precisely Board.
