From the developer:
NerveSim is a simulated experiment for investigating the effects of drugs and the ionic composition (Na, K concentrations) of the bathing solution on the nerve action potential in the squid giant axon.
The intracellular membrane potential of the nerve is recorded from a 3M KCL filled glass micropipette electrode inserted into the axon and connected to an oscilloscope recording device via an amplifier.
You may want to check out more software, such as Wintree, f x -Viewer or Trachtenberg Speed Math, which might be similar to NerveSim.
