Downloading NewMDSX 5.1 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is included in Home & Hobby Tools. The actual developer of the software is The NewMDSX Project. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

Multidimensional Scaling refers to a family of models where the structure in a set of data is represented graphically by the relationships between a set of points in a space. MDS can be used on a variety of data, using different models and allowing different assumptions about the level of measurement.
