The actual developer of the free software is Jeremy Wu. The program's installer is commonly called NLExpress.exe. A Freeware program by Jeremy Wu from Taiwan. Supports group graphics and operator logos and even startup logos (dimension: 84 x 48 pixels) which are displayed after entering PIN when phone is turned on. If a welcome note (Menu 4-4-4) is stored in phone startup logo will not be displayed. You can use this program via infrared or cable connection without NCDS installed. Since version 2.0b7 netmonitor can be activated.
