OBD-PC Link 2.01 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions of the OBD-PC Link 2.0 and 1.3. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
The common filename for the program's installer is obdstart.exe. OBD-PC Link can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. The software lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants. This free software is an intellectual property of Innova Electronics.

OBD-PC Link allows you to view the information you retrieved from your vehicle, on your PC. You can also print out the customizable reports, look up DTC definitions and find the meaning of some of the most common obd2 terms and abbreviations. To link, connect your tol to your PC using the rs232 cable provided.
