There was a download of OpenCBS 17.7 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program's installer is commonly called OpenCBS.GUI.exe. This free program was originally developed by OpenCBS. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. OpenCBS belongs to Business Tools. The following version: 14.3 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.
