This free PC program was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and is compatible with 32-bit systems. This free program is a product of Jay Lauffer. The common filenames for the program's installer are OL_smtpr.exe, outgui.exe or Outline.exe etc. The most popular versions among the program users are 1.7 and 1.0. Outline is included in Office Tools.

Outline is a simple tool for making outlines, it combines a tree view with a text area. This version has a "focus" highlight for each window.
