From the developer:
The legacy Perforce Windows Client, P4Win, is Windows-only GUI. This app supports leading tools such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or any reporting tool that interfaces with an ODBC data source. Prepackaged reports are included and custom reports can also be created.
You may want to check out more software, such as EMS Data Export 2007 for SQL Server, TotalQuery or Easy Referencer Tool for PV, which might be similar to P4Win.
