Download of PCSX 1.13 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The default filenames for the program's installer are pcsx.exe, pcsx2-r3113.exe, pcsx2-r5927.exe, pcsx2.exe or pcsxr.exe etc.
PCSX lies within Games, more precisely Utilities. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The actual developer of the free software is Equipe PCSX. This PC software can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11. The most popular versions of the program are 1.9, 1.5 and 1.1.

Pcsx is a PSX emulator. What that really means? It means that it emulates the way that a PSX works and tries to translate PSX machine language to PC language.
That is very hard to be done and we can't speak for 100% success in any time.
The hardware would always be better than the software so if you wanna play games then better get a real PSX. Pcsx is capable to run most of the games, but a few others still don't. We are working on it ;).
