There was a download of Pdf-Exchange 3.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular version among Pdf-Exchange users is 3.0. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. This free software was originally produced by Tracker software. The program lies within Office Tools, more precisely Document management.
From the developer:
Those wishing to View/Modify or perform simple editing of PDF files on their Windows PC's now have a FREE alternative to the Adobe Reader! The PDF-XChange Viewer is smaller, faster and more feature rich than any other FREE PDF Reader/Viewer/Editor available. This version also allows users to try the extended functionality offered by the PDF-XChange Viewer 'PRO' in evaluation mode - for free.
You may want to check out more software, such as Timer 2007, XLplus Add-On: Basic II Ver. or Merge Cells Wizard, which might be related to Pdf-Exchange.
