PhatHack DMS Tools 2.13 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions among the program users are 2.1 and 2.0. The software is included in System Utilities. This free tool was originally developed by PhatHack. PhatHack DMS Tools can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows 7/8/10/11. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
