PhotoPrep is a photo editor or preparation tool for uploading pictures to ecommerce websites such as eBay or Amazon. This application can resize images as per eBay requirements. You can also set custom watermarks to 5% of total image area, and opacity not more than 50% (as per eBay Watermark Policy).
