Downloading Plugin Alliance elysia museq 1.13.1 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.

This program was originally developed by Plugin Alliance. The program lies within Multimedia Tools, more precisely Music Production.
From the developer:
Each of the museq’s five bands can be changed from boost to cut mode with a single switch, helping you easily locate and reduce problem frequencies. The peak bands can change between a wide and narrow bandwidth at the click of a button, for gentler or more surgical EQ. And, there is a switchable option for adding harmonic color to the signal in Warm mode, by engaging a slew rate limiter, making the museq like two EQs in one.
You may want to check out more software, such as elysia mpressor, Defence Alliance 2 or Star Alliance Timetable, which might be similar to Plugin Alliance elysia museq.
