There was a download of Priore SmartCard ActiveX 1.4 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Priore SmartCard ActiveX lies within Development Tools, more precisely IDE. The actual developer of the program is Centro Studi Informatica. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
From the developer:
This component is able to read and write numeric and alphanumeric data from GemClubMemo and other type's Smartcard. The GemClubMemo produced by www.gemplus.com, this kind of smartcard have a very tiny memory but as well these have a very cheap price!
You may want to check out more software, such as Wave TTS ActiveX, Priore FTP Library or MIC Recorder ActiveX, which might be similar to Priore SmartCard ActiveX.
