From the developer:
RasTimer is a tiny program allowing you to keep an eye on the time spent by connections via Dial-Up Networking (DUN). The tool appears as an icon next to the system clock in the taskbar. You can retrieve the length of your current connection by keeping the pointer over the program’s symbol for some seconds.
You may want to check out more software, such as PDO Desktop, WorldTime or NoteScraps, which might be similar to RasTimer.
