SMSLibX 2.6 was available as a free download on our software library. This software was originally created by MENHIR Informatica. The default filename for the program's installer is TestUtil.exe.
SMSLibX was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and is compatible with 32-bit systems. The following versions: 2.6, 2.5 and 2.0 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The software is included in Development Tools.
