From the developer:
SMSX ActiveX Control lets you send SMS messages to a GSM mobile telephone.
To do this the control uses your modem or ISDN line to connect to the so
called SMS Centre (SMSC) of a telecom company and deliver your message
there. The SMSC takes care of forwarding your message to the recipients.
This may include communication with other telecom companies.
You may want to check out more software, such as Serial Port ActiveX Control, EDraw Flowchart ActiveX Control or Microsoft ActiveX Control Pad, which might be related to SMSX ActiveX Control.
