SMSX ActiveX Control lets you send SMS messages to a GSM mobile telephone.
To do this the control uses your modem or ISDN line to connect to the so
called SMS Centre (SMSC) of a telecom company and deliver your message
there. The SMSC takes care of forwarding your message to the recipients.
This may include communication with other telecom companies.
