There was a download of Steam97 4.2 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The program's installer is commonly called Steam97.exe.

Steam97 is an application that calculates 30 thermodynamic and transport properties of water and steam in SI and English units. It allows 16 different combinations of input variables to be used for calculations. Input variables that can be used are: pressure, temperature, enthalpy, entropy, volume, internal energy and steam quality.
