The SysTools Zoho backup tool supports to download Zoho emails to PST, EML, MSG, PDF and MBOX file formats. After that the users can import these downloaded files to Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, Thunderbird and Apple Mail email clients. The Zoho archive utility can export all mailbox items including inbox, outbox, sent items, draft, etc to the computer in a good manner.
