There was a download of Text Tally 1.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
Text Tally was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and can function on 32-bit systems. The following version: 1.3 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.
