This PC software can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11. TextCite is included in Office Tools. The TextCite installer is commonly called javaw.exe. This free program is a product of Erik Norvelle. The most popular versions of the TextCite 1.4 and 1.3.
