We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The actual developer of the free program is University of Florida. The program lies within Education Tools, more precisely Science Tools. Wingampt.exe is the frequent file name to indicate the WinGAmpt installer.
From the developer:
WinGAmpt is a Windows-based teaching tool for Green-Ampt Infiltration for Unsteady Rainfall Model. The program follows the method of Chu (1978), Mein and Larson (1971, 1973) and Skaggs and Kaheel (1982) to calculate infiltration for unsteady rainfall using the Green-Ampt equation.
You may want to check out more software, such as StatPlus 2007, GenScn or Illusionae, which might be similar to WinGAmpt.
