Downloading WinMSDSP 10.12.2000 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software belongs to Multimedia Tools.
The following versions: 10.12.2000 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This free program is a product of 9A4GL. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The WinMSDSP installer is commonly called WinMSDSP.exe.

Unfortunately, this is the last version of WinMSDSP that will be issued, and it is no longer supported. Tihomir, 9A4GL, suffered a major hard drive crash and lost all of the code! Thus he is no longer able to help with bugs, problems, etc. This is shareware, with a limited run-time, but it will allow you to test it to be sure it runs. ( Some have even made contacts using the limited-run-time version).
You may want to check out more software, such as HDX4 Movie Creator, cwenc or Voxengo CurveEQ VST, which might be similar to WinMSDSP.
