There was a download of WinPlot 9.0.0.245 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 9.0, 8.4 and 8.1 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

WinPlot is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The actual developer of the free software is Richard Parris. This PC software works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. The default filenames for the program's installer are acmkmgr.exe, winplot-1.exe, winplot.exe, WinPlotV2011a.exe or WinPlotV6.exe etc.

From the developer:

Winplot is a general-purpose plotting utility, which can draw (and animate) curves and surfaces presented in a variety of formats.
Each menu has its own help file. The following are general remarks:
Text input is not case-sensitive.
Function definitions are limited to 255 characters.
Some dialog boxes are permitted to stay on the screen indefinitely. They can be closed by clicking a button named “close”, or by pressing Esc.

You may want to check out more software, such as Summa WinPlot, which might be similar to WinPlot.
