Description

Downloading e-Sword 13.00.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software is an intellectual property of Rick Meyers.

The default filenames for the program's installer are e-Sword.exe, basics.exe, setup752.exe, e-Sword en Espaol.exe or e-sword 797 espaol.exe etc. The following versions: 12.0, 10.4 and 10.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The program lies within Home & Hobby Tools, more precisely Religion-Esoterics. E-Sword is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version.

From the developer:

e-Sword is a fast and effective way to study the Bible. e-Sword is feature rich and user friendly with more capabilities than you would expect in a free software package. The fact that e-Sword is free is just one of the blessings and does not speak of the quality of the software. The real work, however, was put in by the godly men and women who devoted countless years creating the texts that have been made available for our benefit.

You may want to check out more software, such as Tamil Unicode Bible for e-Sword Bible Software, Malayalam Unicode Bible for e-Sword or e-Sword Tab Renamer, which might be related to e-Sword.

I have been required to restart and I need to re-download eSword, for I use it often and especially today, The Seventh Day Sabbath.

e-Sword used to work on our Windows XP and earlier PCs, but now, it does not work on anything. Not eh family Win XP machine, nor my engineering Wind 10 laptop. If I could have given it nil (zeor) no stars, I would have, since I can no longer use it at all.

I've used eSword for many years. Being dyslexic, some features are a bit difficult to adjust to, but it is a fantastic program for research when determining what was actually said in the earlier Bibles, and trying to reconcile differences in newer versions. God Bless Rick Meyers!
