This is totally confusing. I am told by Apple to download all the stuff on my iPhone before I go to the Genius Store for service, because information may be lost that is on the iPhone. Yet, no logical steps follow on how to download the iPhone information as backup. Do not assume that users are as a user savvy as you. Give information in basic and user-friendly formats. As it is, I will go to the Apple Store having to risk the loss of information on my iPhone because your directions are as clear as mud for back up.
