From the developer:
The s1jobs Desktop Notifier is a Windows application that alerts you whenever a new job is advertised matching your stored search criteria. It can track up to five different stored searches, and can be set to remember your sign in details. For wide-ranging searches you may get alerts as often as every 15 mins, but don't worry - the Notifier can be set to 'keep quiet' if you find the alerts are popping up too frequently.
You may want to check out more software, such as eSearch for eBay, Quick Timer High or Torque on an Electric Dipole in a Constant Field, which might be similar to s1jobs Desktop Notifier.
