eWork 4.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the program is eConcept Software. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. Ework.exe or UNWISE.EXE are the common file names to indicate the eWork installer. EWork lies within Education Tools, more precisely Reference. The following versions: 4.0 and 1.6 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
