iVCam
Description
The suite replaces your device's default camera with the camera of an iOS device like iPod or iPad. The solution identifies the model connected and binds the camera to the software that broadcasts video (for example Skype). Can also serve as a baby monitor.

From the developer:
iVCam transforms your iPhone/iPad into a webcam for Windows PC. You can replace your USB-webcam and integrated webcams now with your iPhone/iPad's camera which has better quality. It can also be used as a baby monitor, spy-cam, security camera, and pet-cam.

The app sucks, and to make things worst, after uninstalling it, this thing keeps a lot of files on the computer.
This is a good application.
