The program lies within System Utilities, more precisely File Managers. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The most popular versions of the tool 3.2, 3.0 and 2.2. The latest version of xEdit can be downloaded for PCs running Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. The actual developer of the software is 4GL.
From the developer:
xEdit is an Active-X control designed to input or display an RTF text in a frame. A lot of attributes, methods and events allow you to get a fine control on the interface and the actions. As a result, the text can be retrieved easily and stored in a character field for later use.
You may want to check out more software, such as E-Payment Integrator ActiveX Edition, SRS WOW HD DivX Edition or Unreal X-Editor, which might be similar to xEdit.
