Download of ArcView 9.3 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. ArcView lies within Education Tools, more precisely Teaching Tools. The most popular versions of the tool 9.3, 9.1 and 9.0.
The software is sometimes referred to as "ArcviewX", "Arcview 3_3", "ArcView32a_unkeyed1". The ArcView installer is commonly called arcview.exe, View.exe, SSW2C_E56E1A32.exe, Main.exe or IconF9DBEB461.exe etc. ".apr" is the extension this PC software can open. This program is a product of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. ArcView is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version.
