Description
Downloading ChipScope Pro 13.4 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. Analyzer.exe is the frequent file name to indicate the ChipScope Pro installer. The following versions: 13.4, 9.2 and 9.1 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The actual developer of the program is Xilinx Inc. ChipScope Pro is included in Development Tools.

ChipScope™ Pro tool inserts logic analyzer, system analyzer, and virtual I/O low-profile software cores directly into your design. The ChipScope Pro tool also interfaces with your Agilent Technologies bench test equipment through the ATC2 software core. This software allows you to view any internal signal or node, including embedded hard or soft processors.
