Downloading DTC Library 2.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The default filenames for the program's installer are DtcHelp.exe, DTC Library.exe, DTCLibrary.exe or DTC_Library.exe etc.

The actual developer of the free program is Autel. The following versions: 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software. The program is included in Education Tools. This library defines the cryptic codes displayed on an OBDII diagnostic tool.
