FlexArray
There was a download of FlexArray 1.6.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. FlexArray is included in Education Tools. This free program is an intellectual property of Génome Québec.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The most popular versions of the program 1.6, 1.5 and 1.4. This free PC software is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version. The FlexArray installer is commonly called FlexArray.exe.

FlexArray is a tool for statistical analysis and visualization of microarray expression data. Currently, it supports the analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip, Illumina BeadChip, and several types of one-color and two-color expression arrays. Many other types of studies (e.g. proteomics, gene methylation) can be analyzed through the feature of importing custom normalized data.
