Description
There was a download of J-Link ARM 4.86 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program is included in System Utilities. The J-Link ARM installer is commonly called javaw.exe, JLink.exe or UNWISE.EXE etc.
The latest version of the software is supported on PCs running Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. The following versions: 4.8, 4.5 and 4.4 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The actual developer of the free program is SEGGER Microcontroller Systeme GmbH. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software.

This program makes it possible to use J-Link with any RDI compliant debugger. You can set an unlimited number of flash breakpoints, rather than just the 2 hardware breakpoints permitted by the ICE. The package consists of 2 DLLs, which need to be copied to the same folder. In order to use these DLLs, they need to be selected in the debugger.
You may want to check out more software, such as ARM RVDS, ARM or ARM DS-5, which might be similar to J-Link ARM.
