J-Link Commander 6.12 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Also the program is known as "J-Link V512g". This free software is an intellectual property of Segger. The most popular version of the software is 6.1. This PC software is suitable for 64-bit versions of Windows XP/7/10/8/11. The program is included in System Utilities. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

J-Link Commander is a command line based utility that can be used for verifying proper functionality of J-Link as well as for simple analysis of the target system. It supports some simple commands, such as memory dump, halt, step, go etc. to verify the target connection.
