This is as close to the old MS Office 2000 shortcut bar I have seen. It works pretty well, although when you are changing the button layout, you have to go slowly and apply frequently. I'm running Win 7 Pro, with 8GB RAM & an Nvidea graphics card. If I click too fast, it hangs, and I have to use Task Mgr. to close it and then re-launch. It would also be nice to be able to drag & drop the icons to change the order. But so far, it's working well.
