Downloading PaletteCAD 11.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This software was originally designed by Palette CAD GmbH. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
The program's installer files are commonly found as Plan2D.exe, Plan3D.exe or Planung2DPro.exe etc. The software is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. The following versions: 11.0 and 6.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
