Downloading Pimlical 3.7.39 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The default filename for the program's installer is Pimlical.exe.

Pimlical is a cross-platform calendar and PIM program. You can add details of appointments, tasks, etc. in its calendar; syncing with your Google Calendar is also possible. It comes with DirectSync feature of that allows you to sync data directly to an Android device, bypassing the cloud.
