Se7en Theme Source Patcher is an app that allows you to patch of your Windows with a custom Theme Pack. You can create your own custom themes and icon packs and apply them with the 7tsp GUI. Also, you can add a Custom Theme Pack and the program is capable of giving a preview of the theme.
