From the developer:
In the year 1991, a totalitarian power sends its agent BJ to a secret island located in the Arctic in order to conduct reconnaissance on the enemy country. In1992, due to a failure in the system, BJ reveals his location. Within two days, a special detachment of enemy forces is storming the island. The Allies stopped responding, leaving you twisting in the wind. Shoot your opponents as they approach.
