WorldTimes 1.3 was free to download from our software library. WorldTimes lies within Office Tools, more precisely Timekeeping. WorldTimes.exe or _294823.exe are the frequent file names to indicate the WorldTimes installer.

This is a simple .NET application I put together after spending some time investigating how time zones work under Windows XP. You will need to have the .NET Framework installed before you can use this.
