From the developer:

Delete without Trash adds a missing feature to Mac OS X - the ability to delete a file or folder without placing it in the Trash first. It's useful when you want to quickly delete a large or important file without emptying the entire Trash. This application adds "Delete" and "Delete as Administrator" menu command to the context menu for a file or folder. Right-click or Ctrl-click the file in Finder to see that menu.

You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Trash Without, Trash It! or Better Trash, which might be similar to Delete without Trash.
