okular 21.12.2 for Mac could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.

Okular is a universal document viewer based on KPDF for KDE. This means Okular works on multiple platforms, including but not limited to Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, *BSD, etc.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as PDFMergeThing, NanoCount or Gordon, which might be similar to okular.
